3. Surface Stripping and Restoration Clean: Our technicians will carefully remove the old sealer, ensuring minimal damage to the surface. 8. Important Information:

   • Sealed surfaces require a minimum of 4 hours to dry before being walked on.
   • Avoid wetting sealed surfaces for 24 hours after sealing, especially for outdoor areas.
   • Our cleaning process may not restore heavily damaged, aged, or heavily stained tiles to their original condition. Additional services may be required to address such issues.
   • Allow the sealer to fully cure before testing or cleaning.
   • Solvent stripping can cause damage to adjacent paint and finishes, requiring subsequent repairs. Expect the property to be vacant for a couple of days due to the time required for the process and the presence of toxic odors. Solvent stripping is only recommended when absolutely necessary.

Health and Safety Precautions: When stripping solvent sealers, proper ventilation is crucial, and it is advisable to vacate the property for a couple of days due to the toxic odors produced during the process. Refrain from wetting the surfaces for 24 hours, especially for outdoor areas. Allow the sealer to fully cure before testing or cleaning.
