Road Dogs will send out a service truck and technician to the desired location where your trailer requires repairs or service. An after hours/weekend service call refers to a service call that takes place between 5:00pm and 7:00am Monday to Friday and all day on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Exceptions include a weekday that falls on a holiday.Â
The service call amount of $241.50 + HST includes the first three hours of the service call and the time it takes to get to the service call. Any additional hours required after the first three hours will be charged out at $63.00 per hour.
Please note that a Cancellation Fee of $73.00 will apply if you cancel the service call after the service call has been dispatched and before the service provider arrives at the service call location. Once the service provider arrives at the service call location, the full service call amount of $241.50 + HST will apply even if the service call is cancelled.Â
A mileage charge of $0.84 per kilometer applies if a service provider has to travel more than 40 kilometers to get to the service call location. There are no mileage charges for the first 40 kilometers of travel.
