Tile & Grout Cleaning
Tile & Grout Cleaning

Revive your surfaces to their best possible condition with our professional tile and grout restoration service designed to rejuvenate your tiles and grout lines, removing discolouration and restoring them to their optimal state. How it Works: Our process begins with a surface treatment to loosen and break up grime or dirt. We then employ industrial cleaning machines with a rotary scrubbing system and hot, high-pressure water to lift and remove the treated dirt. Our machines have built-in vacuums to extract excess residue, which is then disposed of outside. This method ensures the dirt and grime are completely removed rather than redistributed like with traditional steam mops or vacuums. Our technicians also utilize various cleaning detergents to assist in stain removal. Please note that deep stains may require resurfacing or additional treatments, depending on the type of surface and nature of the stain. Our technicians will assess your surface upon arrival and discuss any concerns.Additional Charges:Wet areas (bathroom, toilet, laundry) are double the rate per m2 as they typically require more attention and time.Excess mould treatment with chlorine: From $5 extra per m2.Efflorescence and rust stains with a light acid wash or alternative treatment (depending on the stone): From $8 extra per m2.Grout haze removal with an acid wash: From $15 extra per m2.Factory wax removal for newly laid tiles: From $8 extra per m2.Carpet/vinyl Residue: From $10 per m2.Additional treatments may incur extra charges per m2. Preparation Instructions: Please ensure all areas for cleaning are prepared before our arrival, and as much furniture as possible is moved. This allows our technicians better access for a more thorough cleaning.Important Information:Drying time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on the type of stone and location.Cleaning will restore your tiles to their best possible condition, but damaged, aged, or heavily stained surfaces may not return to their original state with cleaning alone and could require additional services.Note that cleaning procedures may pose a small risk of loosening or removing grout, particularly with aged, loose, or unstable grout. In such cases, grout repairs or regrouting may be necessary at an additional cost.PhotosPhotos help us provide you with more accurate pricing and allow our technicians to be prepared for the work requested.Quotes provided without photos & accurate descriptions are only rough estimates based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Tile & Stone Cleaning and Sealing ServiceOur professional cleaning and sealing service is designed to restore the appearance of tiled and stone surfaces while providing long-term protection against staining, moisture, and everyday wear.Cleaning ProcessWe begin with a thorough inspection of the surface to identify the type of tile or stone, level of soiling, and any existing issues such as staining, mould, or grout deterioration. The new tile is placed and the area is grouted to a colour match as best match as possible. The time it takes to do one replacement is dependent on the size of the tile and the grout lines, this assessment can be made on site by our technician. Stripping & Cleaning
Stripping & Cleaning

When a topical sealer has been previously applied to a surface, it sometimes needs to be removed before this surface can be sealed again, especially if the sealer/coating is flaky, or if there is dirt, mould or efflorescence trapped underneath it. After stripping, we will go through a professional surface restoration clean that will restore the floor to its best possible condition. How it WorksDepending on the sealant previously applied to the surface, it may require either water-based stripping or solvent stripping, both of which our technicians have the ability to do. The process, cost and duration differ considerably between them. Generally, there is no need to entirely strip solvent-based sealer that is intact.Stripping Waterbased SealerAlways required before resealing, using a non-toxic water-based stripper.Stripping Solvent SealerOnly required in specific cases. Our technicians are able to strip solvent coatings back using a non-toxic stripper, based on a blend of low odour, low toxicity solvents. After the sealer has been stripped, the surface will be neutralised and cleaned. The stripping products are likely to cause minor damage to paint on skirting boards and adjacent areas, which you will need to get repaired after. e.g. paint can start to peel on the walls/ ceiling and varnish can peel from cabinets etc. It is likely that this process will cause additional expense due to damage caused by the stripping agent, this is why solvent coatings should only be stripped when absolutely necessary. Instead, a cut-back and seal would be recommended, where a lighter stripper is used to strip the flaky and loose parts of the sealer and get the surface ready to be sealed again, without stripping the good coatings of sealer on the surface, saving you the extra cost of stripping solvent and the damage involved.Extra Charges- Stripping solvent sealers can increase the cost of service considerably.- The price per m2 will also be affected by the type of sealer selected for the surface.Instructions- We require that all areas for cleaning are cleared for our arrival and that you have moved away as much of the furniture as possible.- Our technicians will protect all skirting boards and doors and adjacent areas by masking them with tape before starting the job.Important Information- The drying time for cleaning is approximately 30 minutes depending on what type of stone you have and where it is situated. - Cleaning will get your tiles back to their very best possible condition, surfaces that are damaged / aged or heavily stained will not return to the original condition from cleaning alone. These tiles might require additional services.-Stripping products are likely to cause minor damage to paint on skirting boards and adjacent areas, which you will need to get repaired after.PhotosPhotos help us provide you with more accurate pricing and allow our technicians to be prepared for the work requested.Quotes provided without photos & accurate descriptions are only rough estimates based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Re-grouting can also take place if the grout has been stained badly or become severely discoloured over time that it can't be cleaned back. During the re-grouting process, the pre existing grout will be removed and replaced with new grout. How it WorksOur skilled technicians use diamond bit drills to drill the pre existing grout from the grout lines, by using a drill we get precise, accurate results. The depth of the grout lines are kept uniform and symmetrical. Once the pre existing grout has been removed the excess grout is disposed of with a vaccum and the area is cleaned. Sealing Tiles and Grout
Sealing Tiles and Grout

Protect and preserve your tiles and grout with our sealing service. Our tile and grout sealing service safeguards your surfaces against stains, discoloration, and simplifies maintenance, ensuring lasting beauty and cleanliness. How it Works: Our sealing process creates a water-resistant barrier that reduces the likelihood of mold growth, grime, and efflorescence accumulation, extending the life of your tiles and grout. Types of Sealers: Penetrating Sealers: Our technicians use a penetrating impregnating sealer that permeates the surface pores without altering texture, preserving breathability and slip resistance. This sealer provides an invisible, transparent finish that maintains the natural appearance of your stone and tile. For a subtle color enhancement (not effective on white/yellow surfaces), we offer a low sheen/wet look impregnating sealer. Topical Sealers: Ideal for surfaces like vinyl, linoleum, old slate, and terracotta flooring, topical sealers create a protective film on the surface. Our technicians can apply a high gloss, satin sheen, or matte finish to suit your preferences. Topical sealers are useful for concealing certain types of damage or when old sealer remnants cannot be fully removed. Please note that topical sealers may not be suitable for wet areas due to potential moisture entrapment and increased slipperiness. For natural stone and porous tiles, we recommend our penetrating sealer to preserve appearance, slip resistance, and prevent moisture damage. Sealing Showers Grout Lines
Sealing Showers Grout Lines

Using specialised sealing apparatus we are able to apply a sealant to your grout lines individually to help protect them in the future. How it worksSealing grout lines helps make future maintenance easier. It helps reduce staining, grime build up and eliminate bacteria forming. Creating a water resistant barrier within the grout line helps to prevent mould growth by reducing the amount of moisture that is absorbed into the grout. Sealing your grout lines will also make them easier to clean, whatever moisture that is spilt on the grout surface should wipe off easily because of the moisture barrier created by the sealant applied. Sealing your grout lines can also help to extend the lifetime of the grout preventing it from flaking and crumbling so easily, it does this by creating a moisture barrier that can help protect the grout mix. By sealing your grout lines you are helping to strengthen the grout lines and prevent them from damage through general wear and tear. The chances of efflorescence occurring can also be considerably reduced by sealing your grout lines, by reducing the amount of moisture that can enter the grout it helps to prevent this calcium build up.Products Used- DeepShield Gold Penetrating Water based Sealer (15 year lifetime)Extra ChargesFor mosaic tiles, double the rate per m2 as they require more time & products to complete. Showers are considered a high impact area and therefore have a set price.Instructions We require that all areas for cleaning are prepared for our arrival, we require that you have the as much of the furniture moved as possible. Polishing Natural Stone Shower
Polishing Natural Stone Shower

Polishing is required when you have any etching or scratching or light surface damage on the surface of your polished stone, or when you want to change the surface to make it shiny and smooth. Polishing includes taking a thin layer off the top of your natural stone with specialised polishing machines. We are then able to buff the surface up to a high gloss, mirror shine finish. Polishing requires a specialist stone mason to complete, and can only be performed on natural stone surfaces as well as on terrazzo and concrete floors. Be aware that a polished surface can become slippery when wet, therefore it is advised to leave surfaces where moisture is present regularly with a honed finish instead. How it WorksDiamond abrasive pads in variant grades are used to polish down a thin layer from the stone. This process is repeated until a high gloss finish is produced and buffed up for extra that extra shine. Once the polishing process has been completed, a premium penetrating sealer will be applied, helping protect the restored surface for years to come.Sealer- DeepShield Gold Transparent Penetrating Sealer (15 year lifetime)Extra Charges- Bench tops and vanities have an minimum pricing of $500+GST- Table Tops have a minimum pricing of $500+GST- Standard single showers (including 2 walls and base) have a minimum of $1700+GST - Standard double showers (including 3 walls and base) have a minimum of $2000+GSTInstructionsWe require that all areas are prepared for our arrival, we require that you have the as much of the furniture moved as possible. Pave-Lok Grouting
Pave-Lok Grouting

Pavelock sand is a type of sand that is specifically designed for use in paver installations. It is a blend of sands that are carefully graded and washed to ensure that they are free of impurities and have the right consistency for use in paver projects. The pavelock sand application process involves using the sand to fill the joints between pavers. This is done after the pavers have been installed and any necessary cutting has been completed. The sand is spread over the surface of the pavers and then swept into the joints with a broom or similar tool.Once the pavelock sand is in place, it is then compacted using a vibrating plate compactor. This helps to ensure that the sand is evenly distributed and that the pavers are held firmly in place. Any excess sand is then swept away from the surface of the pavers. The pavelock sand application process is an important step in the installation of pavers, as it helps to stabilize the pavers and prevent them from shifting or becoming uneven over time. It also helps to prevent weeds and other vegetation from growing between the joints, which can cause damage to the pavers and detract from their appearance.PhotosPhotos help us provide you with more accurate pricing and allow our technicians to be prepared for the work requested.Quotes provided without photos & accurate descriptions are only rough estimates based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Concrete Polishing

Transform your concrete floors with a sleek, durable, and polished finish that enhances both the aesthetics and functionality of your space.Concrete Polishing is a multi-step, mechanical process designed to grind, refine, and polish concrete surfaces, resulting in a smooth, glossy, and highly reflective finish. Using industrial-grade, diamond-impregnated equipment, we progressively work through different levels of grit to achieve the desired level of sheen, whether you're seeking a matte, satin, or high-gloss finish. Our Concrete Polishing process offers numerous benefits:Durability: Polished concrete is highly resistant to wear, abrasion, and impact, making it an excellent choice for both commercial and residential spaces that endure heavy foot traffic.Low Maintenance: Once polished, concrete requires minimal upkeep, reducing the need for waxing or frequent sealing. This can range from a matte finish for a softer look, to a high-gloss, mirror-like finish for a striking appearance.Hardening & Sealing: To enhance durability, we apply a densifier to the concrete, which strengthens the surface and prevents dusting. Depending on your preference, we may also apply a protective sealant to further guard against stains and spills.Final Buffing: The last step involves buffing the floor to bring out the shine and give your polished concrete a beautiful, reflective finish.Common Applications:Commercial buildings (offices, warehouses, retail stores, showrooms)Residential homes (living rooms, garages, basements)Public spaces (museums, galleries, schools, airports)Customizable Finishes:Matte Finish: For a softer, more subdued look, ideal for casual environments or residential spaces.Satin Finish: Perfect for areas requiring a balance between gloss and minimal maintenance.High-Gloss Finish: A mirror-like shine, ideal for spaces requiring a premium look, such as showrooms or retail outlets. Why Choose Us? With years of experience in concrete polishing, our team ensures a professional finish that not only looks stunning but is built to last.
