Anti-slip treatment is ideal for polished surfaces in entrance ways or areas where moisture is often present e.g. around swimming pools and bathrooms. This treatment will make dangerous slippery surfaces safer in your home and workplace.
How it Works The treatment creates a slight etching on the surface of the tile, this etching process is then neutralised with a further treatment. The etched imprint on the surface of the tile will create more of a matte aesthetic to high shine polished surfaces, although the process will not remove all shine completely. The products used conform to National Standards of an R10 when the surface is dry and an R11 when the surface is wet.
Instructions We require that all areas of treatment are cleared for our arrival and that you have moved away as much of the furniture as possible.
Important Information - Treated surfaces usually need a minimum of 4 hours to be touch dry before being walked on. - Treated surfaces should not get wet until the sealer has fully cured, this can take up to 24 hours after treatment.
