Tile & Grout Cleaning
Tile & Grout Cleaning

Revive your surfaces to their best possible condition with our professional tile and grout restoration service designed to rejuvenate your tiles and grout lines, removing discolouration and restoring them to their optimal state. How it Works: Our process begins with a surface treatment to loosen and break up grime or dirt. We then employ industrial cleaning machines with a rotary scrubbing system and hot, high-pressure water to lift and remove the treated dirt. Our machines have built-in vacuums to extract excess residue, which is then disposed of outside. This method ensures the dirt and grime are completely removed rather than redistributed like with traditional steam mops or vacuums. Our technicians also utilize various cleaning detergents to assist in stain removal. Please note that deep stains may require resurfacing or additional treatments, depending on the type of surface and nature of the stain. Our technicians will assess your surface upon arrival and discuss any concerns.Additional Charges:Wet areas (bathroom, toilet, laundry) are double the rate per m2 as they typically require more attention and time.Excess mould treatment with chlorine: From $5 extra per m2.Efflorescence and rust stains with a light acid wash or alternative treatment (depending on the stone): From $8 extra per m2.Grout haze removal with an acid wash: From $15 extra per m2.Factory wax removal for newly laid tiles: From $8 extra per m2.Carpet/vinyl Residue: From $10 per m2.Additional treatments may incur extra charges per m2. Preparation Instructions: Please ensure all areas for cleaning are prepared before our arrival, and as much furniture as possible is moved. This allows our technicians better access for a more thorough cleaning.Important Information:Drying time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on the type of stone and location.Cleaning will restore your tiles to their best possible condition, but damaged, aged, or heavily stained surfaces may not return to their original state with cleaning alone and could require additional services.Note that cleaning procedures may pose a small risk of loosening or removing grout, particularly with aged, loose, or unstable grout. In such cases, grout repairs or regrouting may be necessary at an additional cost.PhotosPhotos help us provide you with more accurate pricing and allow our technicians to be prepared for the work requested.Quotes provided without photos & accurate descriptions are only rough estimates based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Cleaning & Sealing
Cleaning & Sealing

Tile & Stone Cleaning and Sealing ServiceOur professional cleaning and sealing service is designed to restore the appearance of tiled and stone surfaces while providing long-term protection against staining, moisture, and everyday wear.Cleaning ProcessWe begin with a thorough inspection of the surface to identify the type of tile or stone, level of soiling, and any existing issues such as staining, mould, or grout deterioration. Using specialised commercial-grade equipment and stone-safe cleaning solutions, we deep clean the surface to remove built-up dirt, grime, grease, mould, and contaminants from both the tile/stone and grout lines. This process significantly improves appearance and hygiene without damaging the surface.Sealing ProcessOnce the surface is fully cleaned and dried, we apply a high-quality penetrating or surface sealer appropriate for the material. The sealer absorbs into the tile, stone, and grout, creating a protective barrier that helps resist stains, moisture penetration, and mould growth. Sealing also makes ongoing maintenance easier and prolongs the life of the surface.Benefits of Cleaning & SealingRestores the natural look and colour of tiles and stoneProtects against staining and moisture damageReduces mould and grime build-upImproves ease of ongoing cleaning and maintenanceExtends the lifespan of the surfaceSuitable ForPorous Ceramic, Porous Porcelain, and natural stone tilesTravertine, limestone, marble, slate, and sandstoneIndoor and outdoor areas including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, balconies, patios, and commercial spaces Regular professional cleaning and sealing is recommended to maintain both the appearance and durability of tiled and stone surfaces, particularly in high-traffic or moisture-prone areas.

This prepares the surface for the application of a new sealer.Sealer Types: We offer two types of sealers to suit your specific requirements:Penetrating Sealers: These sealers infiltrate the surface pores without altering texture or slipperiness, providing moisture resistance and stain protection. You can choose between an invisible transparent finish or a low sheen/wet look that slightly enhances the color.Topical Sealers: Suitable for vinyl, linoleum, old slate, and terracotta flooring, these sealers create a film/coating on the surface. They are available in high gloss, satin sheen, or matte finishes and can help hide damage. Our technicians will provide transparent pricing based on your specific requirements.Preparation and Instructions: To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you clear all areas to be cleaned and move furniture away before our technicians arrive. Solvent stripping is only recommended when absolutely necessary.Health and Safety Precautions: When stripping solvent sealers, proper ventilation is crucial, and it is advisable to vacate the property for a couple of days due to the toxic odors produced during the process. Stripping & Cleaning
Stripping & Cleaning

When a topical sealer has been previously applied to a surface, it sometimes needs to be removed before this surface can be sealed again, especially if the sealer/coating is flaky, or if there is dirt, mould or efflorescence trapped underneath it. After stripping, we will go through a professional surface restoration clean that will restore the floor to its best possible condition. How it WorksDepending on the sealant previously applied to the surface, it may require either water-based stripping or solvent stripping, both of which our technicians have the ability to do. The process, cost and duration differ considerably between them. Generally, there is no need to entirely strip solvent-based sealer that is intact.Stripping Waterbased SealerAlways required before resealing, using a non-toxic water-based stripper.Stripping Solvent SealerOnly required in specific cases. Our technicians are able to strip solvent coatings back using a non-toxic stripper, based on a blend of low odour, low toxicity solvents. After the sealer has been stripped, the surface will be neutralised and cleaned. The stripping products are likely to cause minor damage to paint on skirting boards and adjacent areas, which you will need to get repaired after. e.g. paint can start to peel on the walls/ ceiling and varnish can peel from cabinets etc. It is likely that this process will cause additional expense due to damage caused by the stripping agent, this is why solvent coatings should only be stripped when absolutely necessary. Instead, a cut-back and seal would be recommended, where a lighter stripper is used to strip the flaky and loose parts of the sealer and get the surface ready to be sealed again, without stripping the good coatings of sealer on the surface, saving you the extra cost of stripping solvent and the damage involved.Extra Charges- Stripping solvent sealers can increase the cost of service considerably.- The price per m2 will also be affected by the type of sealer selected for the surface.Instructions- We require that all areas for cleaning are cleared for our arrival and that you have moved away as much of the furniture as possible.- Our technicians will protect all skirting boards and doors and adjacent areas by masking them with tape before starting the job.Important Information- The drying time for cleaning is approximately 30 minutes depending on what type of stone you have and where it is situated. - Cleaning will get your tiles back to their very best possible condition, surfaces that are damaged / aged or heavily stained will not return to the original condition from cleaning alone. These tiles might require additional services.-Stripping products are likely to cause minor damage to paint on skirting boards and adjacent areas, which you will need to get repaired after.PhotosPhotos help us provide you with more accurate pricing and allow our technicians to be prepared for the work requested.Quotes provided without photos & accurate descriptions are only rough estimates based on the information available at the time of inquiry.
